Thanks for this info Pete. I'm starting to feel guilty for not knowing some
of this as I used to work for Hampshire County Council about 8 years ago.
I've had problems with my e-mail facility for a couple of days, so apologies
to anyone who has tried to contact me. I'm trying to catch up with the
mountain of post that was waiting for me...
