Hi Everybody
I have had a lot of requests for the history of the towns and villages for the Isle of Wight over the past week or two.
So all those that want to find out how their ancestors lived come along to our History of the Isle of Wight Page and the link to the villages is at the bottom.
Please read the bit on the top of the page under NOTE as there are quite a few names on each page including one on the list that I recognise URRY (it is under the Thorley village section).
The link is http://www.wildcats.ic24.net and click on the History of the Isle of Wight button on the left hand side.
