Do not know what generated your interest in Dan McGrew but there was a poem
"The Shooting of Dan McGrew" by Robert Service. He was a poet of from
Ireland who lived in and wrote about Alaska. The poem is often read at
reading poetry reading sessions. It is sometimes known as "Dangerous Dan
McGrew." Don Sheppard, Euclid, Ohio. Researching HARVEY and BRIGHT in the
1800s and 1900s.
