Could SKS check the 1851 census of Newport, IOW, for this couple:

Richard Cogger (1784-1871) and his wife Mary Ann nee Beavis (1778-1853)

They might also be in Carisbrooke, but Newport seems more plausible.

Does the 1842 census contains interesting data? They could be in there as
well. I have the data for Richard in the 1861 and 1871 census records.
