Hi all,

Re-posting my interests as I have been concentrating on my husband's family up here near Liverpool. Now trying to find out more about my father's family.

His name is Donald Patrick MORTIMER - he had brothers, Ian and John (Jack).

His father was Jock MORTIMER, mother Nellie DENHAM.

Nellie had brothers and sisters - Elizabeth, Agnes, Mabel, Elsie, George, Alfred.
Elizabeth married Albert DENTON
Agnes married Edward COOPER
Mabel married Harry BROWN
Elsie married James GALL
George married Molly THOMPSON
Alfred married Freda GREENHAM

Nellie's mother was Adelaide Georgina MOTH and father, Thomas DENHAM

Jock MORTIMER met Nellie DENHAM when he was injured during the war - he belonged to the Gordon Highlanders - and was sent to Northwood House in Cowes to convalesce. Is there any way of finding out about Northwood House?

Hope some of these names ring a bell with someone.
