Hi

In the Feb 2001 edition of the Hampshire Genealogical Society's journal,
The Hampshire Family Historian, there is an article about the PRO out
housing the Central Index Register of Seamen to Southampton Archives.

Has any lister accessed these records there? If so can you please advise me
how and where?
