A little late, but I'd sure like to buy the following, if it's still not

"Vellum indenture dated 30th September 1876 A leashold message and
premises
known as Saint Lawrence Hall, Sandown, Isle of Wight. Between Mr Thomas
William POTTS and his mortgages to Mr Frank DASHWOOD of Ryde.
A Double sheet, attached at the bottom by 2 double in tact red seals and
a
single seal, and also 2 blue Revenue seals. Other signatures are John
SMITH
of Landguard Farm, Brading, John ROACH of Newton Cottage in Carisbrook ,
Richard Roach PITTIS, of Newport, IOW, George LONG. Slight light brown
staining in parts but in very good condition. A nice document."
