Hi, Chris

We have the same customs here in NJ: visit the cemeteries and decorate the
graves. But it's not only an Italian tradition and it stands for all
occasions and holidays. As for the Italian food. I just WISH we could go
back to my grandmother's Easter pies - you know, all the variations of egg
pies that were either sweet or salty. Then there's the egg bread, etc etc.

Never heard of bread with wheat kernels, tho...how is that made?

...gotta STOP thinking of food for a while after a holiday like Easter or
I'll be paying for the calories til Halloween!
