Hi Dee,
I could be wrong, but the names you mentioned, I haven't heard
coming from Lucca. I had a similar situation with my great
grandparents. I had my great grandmothers death cert. which had no
location of birth (just Italy). I called the mortuary...which gave me
the name of the church where the service was held...and there was a
complete record with the exact town. Sometimes you need to just dig a
little deeper. I can now trace my family to the late 1600's. Good
luck and keep trying!
