i have been searching my american roots for a long time
i'm just now embarking on my oversees connections
i have a few basic questions:

(these may not be the appropriate terms?)
* what district & region is lecara (freda) in?
* what district & region is consenzi in?
* if someone is from sicily, is that a city or region?

i'm seeking info on these families ITA>NY>PA & ITA>PA
