Dear Listers, especially those of you who responded earlier:

After many months of working on this trip it has FINALLY been planned and
priced-out (I'm not a travel agent, just trying to get a trip together for
researchers!)

TRIP INCLUDES:
Round-trip, non-stop flight from Newark to Rome leaving Sept. 17, 2001

10 nights, 11 days
(3 nights each in Naples & Salerno, 4 nights in Rome)

3- & 4-star hotels w/private baths
Breakfast daily
3 dinners
Private bus for transportation between all group destinations and
our own tour guide/translator throughout trip

Two half-day tours of Rome planned for afternoon hrs when gov't buildings
(Stato Civile)are closed

Tour of Pompeii including lunch

This is designed for those wanting to visit comunes outside of Naples, Rome
and Salerno but also wanting the security and services of a group.

Fee: $2265 per/person, dble occupancy

I'll be glad to help anyone signing up for this trip by researching
locations of comunes, best means of transportation to the comunes, addresses
of archives and churches PLUS provide help in finding current relatives
there.
