Hi,

I am a new subscriber to this list and also to Italian genealogical
research. I am trying to get info on my twin daughters' Italian heritage.
Their paternal grandmother is Italian.

Here is what I have, starting with their grandmother:

Lena Bernazzani, living (and I know she had at least 3 sisters, one who died
very young).

Lena's parents were:

Livio Bernazzani, b. 29 Jun 1912, (NY or Ita?). d. 24 May 1988, m. Alice
Tiramani, b. ?, d. 06 Jun 1999, Ballston Park, New York.

I have no info on Livio's parents. Alice's parents:

Joseph Tiramani, b. ?, Bettola, Italy, d. ?, m. Henrietta Brutzi, b. Mar
1889, Farina Dolma, Italy, d. ? Italy.

I would like to learn where exactly Bettola and Farina Dolma (sounds like a
food, a farina-stuffed grape leaf?) are located in Italy! Also, if anyone
is researching any of these surnames, I would like to have leads! Thanks!
