I've always sent cash, about 10,000 Lira, which is about $5, they have
always used what they need and returned the rest. I wrote to both Palermo
and Cefala' Diana in Palermo Province. I live in Germany, so converting
money is easy, there should be a big bank in the states that converts money
though.
