Your information is simply FALSE!!!

CARLO TOGNOLI (and NOT "CARLO TOGNONI"!) was the major (sindaco) of the
city of Milano (Milan), back in the 1980s! And now he is in his 70s,
and he is living in Italy, but he could be already dead (I have to check
about it)!

Instead, my name is Carlo TognoNi, I am 46 years old, and I am living in
U.S.A., where I did move from Italy about five years ago, and, when I
did live in Italy, I did NEVER live in Milan (Milano), but in The Marche
Region, in the Provinces of Ascoli Piceno and Macerata, as it can be
easily read in my Web Page (http://www.geocities.com/carlotognoni2002),
and Web Site (http://www.geocities.om/italianproject2002)! When Mr.
Carlo TognoLi was the major (sindaco) of Milan (Milano), I WAS A
TEENAGER!!!

Before to give such FALSE information, and to spead such GOSSIPS,
DEFAMATIONS, and SLANDERS, you should inform yourself!

Please provide IMMEDIATELY to APOLOGIZE to me, and to the ITALY-L
Mailing List, about your FALSITY, GOSSIP, DEFAMATION, and SLANDER on me!

Sorry to give You a bad news.
This Carlo Tognoni was long time ago a syndic of Milan town. He was
socialist. When we have had the scandal "mani pulite" (clean hands) he
was involved in this scandal with all socialists, included the premier
Craxi. Now I do not know what is doing and what his new job in the
politic due that the socialist party is now a little one (in the past it
was one of the major). I apologive for the money sent to him, may be
that money was included in the general cash party. Francesco (from
