CLARA DOROTHY BURNETTE, 80, of Celina, passed away
May 29, 2001. Burial was in the Moss Cemetery. Born October
23, 1920 in Moss, TN., the daughter of Welcome Greenie and
Josie Bell CLANCY PENNINGTON. Preceded in death by her
husband, Ray Downing Burnette.
CHARLES PATRICK PAINTER, 72, of Bethpage, TN, passed
away April 16, 2001. Burial was in the Rock Bridge Cemetery in
Bethpage. He was the son of Loren and Edna ALLEN Painter.
Survived by his wife of 51 years, Edith JENKINS PAINTER.
Willie T. DENNIS, 91, of Gainesboro, passed away June 2, 2001.
Burial was John L. Clark Memorial in the Stone Community.
Born March 29, 1910 in Jackson County, the daughter of Charlie C.
and Emma GIPSON HOPKINS. Preceded in death my her husband,
Henry B. Dennis.
HAZEL SMALLWOOD STAFFORD, 84, passed away June 2, 2001.
Burial was in the Pharris Cemetery in the McCoinsville Community.
Born August 2, 1916 in Jackson County, daughter of Douglas and
Martha SPURLOCK SMALLWOOD. Preceded in death by her
husband, Averette Stafford.
EDNA McCUE CLARK, 95, of Whitleyville, passed away June 2, 2001.
Burial was John L. Clark Memorial in the Stone Community. Born
December 17, 1905 in Jackson Co, daughter of Bob L. and Maggie
CARVER McCUE. Preceded in death by husband, Graham Clark.
OLIVER EUGENE DAVDISON, 64, of Cookeville, passed away
suddenly at his home June 2, 2001. Burial was Crest Lawn Cemetery.
Born November 5, 1936 in Jackson County, son of Ralph and Mable
Davidson. Survived by his wife, Delores ELDRIDGE Davidson.
