I don't think so. Martha Ann (Mattie) Samms was her maiden name. She married Edgar Bailey in Indiana. I do have a couple of Isaacs, but the dates don't match. One was in the 1760s and the other died at three months. The Samms were an old Quaker family out of PA, OH and Indiana. Aaron Samms was Mattie's father. The Samms descend from john, Nataniel and Benjamin, but not in the order.

I have a gaqp from Aaron'f irst marriage which fathered Mattie and others, but I have never found the siblings. aaron married a Votaw in Richmond IN.

That's about it without going into any further detail. Mattie Samms Bailey was my great grandmother on my mother's side.
