Seeking info for Benjamin F. James b. 1815 Missouri Territory

A wagon train of 125 families left Wayne, and other counties of KY, NC
and TN, whose ancestors settled or were natives of VA. Arriving in
1815 to Missouri Territory, they settled in what is now Randolph,
Macon, Howard, and Cooper, Counties of MO. Benjamin F. James married
Matilda Summers whose parents, Jeremiah and Elizabeth (Baker) Summers,
of Wayne Co., KY, were in this company when it arrived. They settled
in the area of now Randolph Co, MO. The parents of Benjamin were
thought to be from KY and arrived with this wagon train.

Benjamin F. James and Matilda Summers were married Randolph Co., MO,
12 Mar 1840. They had three children.

1. Charles B. James b 17 Nov 1841, near College Mound, MO d 28 Aug
1925, Ft.Collins CO. m Phoebe Catherine Wisdom and had 5 children.

2. David James b.1844 near College Mound, MO d 1887 Randolph Co., MO.
m 1st Jane C. Gunter, 11 Jan 1866, Randolph Co., MO. They had one son
Charles H. James, who was living at age 21 in 1887.

David m 2nd Elizabeth Henrietta (Wisdom) Redding, native of NC, wd of
Richard Redding of Frankfort KY. They had one son, Aubra Redding James
my father, b 20 Nov 1876, Chariton Co., MO, d 19 Feb 1964, Brookfield,
MO.

3. Benjamin James b 1848 apparently died young.
