This is my first post to the James site.

The only information I have on my JAMES line is:
Edward W JAMES: b 20 Dec 1828 (poss in Knox, Licking or Delaware Co,
OH); d 10 Nov 1915 at/near Haxtun, Phillips Co, CO; m Jane (poss Jane
Howe OWEN/OWENS abt 1853/54 in poss Licking Co, OH). Jane b 4 Jan 1830
(poss in OH); d 8 Jan 1915 at/near Haxtun, Phillips Co, CO.

Edward W and Jane (?OWEN/OWENS) JAMES had five known children:

i. Elizabeth Jane JAMES: b abt 1854/55 in (poss Delaware Co) OH; d
29 Oct 1940 in Denver, CO; m William T DECKER 29 Sep 1880 in
Delaware Co, OH (This couple lived abt 40 yrs of their married life in
Haxtun, Phillips Co, CO)

ii. Edward JAMES Jr: b 8 Jun 1859 Delaware Co, OH; d 4 Nov 1932 at/near
Haxtun, Phillips Co, CO; m Mary REED 29 Mar 1882 in Columbus, Franklin
Co, OH. (Edward Jr. was a Sheriff of Phillips Co, CO)

iii. David JAMES: b 21 Jan 1864 in OH; d 17 Mar 1899 at Haxtun, Phillips
Co, CO; m Edna CHILLCOTT 1 Mar 1892 at Haxtun, Phillips Co, CO.

iv. Nora JAMES: b abt 1866 (prob OH) ; d aft Nov 1932; m John O PETERSON
1 Jun 1892 at Haxtun, Phillips Co, CO.

v. Male JAMES: b abt 1857/62 (prob OH); d bef 1932 in Columbus, OH.
(This son prob lived his adult life with a wife and family in Columbus,
OH) I have pictures of him, his wife and other family members taken in
1919 when his sister Elizabeth Jane and her husband, Wm Decker, visited
from CO for several weeks.

Would appreciate any leads someone may have on this family.
