Hi Carol,
My line of JAMES evidently came from Wales. Levi James and wife Mary
came in 1745. They arrived in Chester Co. PA and lived there a short time.
They moved to Loudon Co. VA the Waterford area where family lived for
years. I do not know where in Wales they came from at this time or if
would connect to your family. I am still trying to find their ship in
order to see if I can find where in Wales they came from. Valerie
