they are true, but what is your evidence. Did you quote the entire post from
a single author or do you have multiple sources? If your statements are
factual then why is there any dispute?

Thomas Jefferson never denied his relationship with Sally Hemming. After he
died, the Virginia State Legislature voted a special dispensation for her in
recognition of the well-known fact that she had been the President's
mistress.
I think there is private correspondence in which Jefferson at least seemed to
declare his innocence. Could you please cite the particular Act of the
Virginia State Legislature since this could easily be accessed by all of us.
What was the "special dispensation":?
