Nancy,

Where was Rachel born? Do you know where her parents were from? I have
the Revolutionary War pension application of Thomas Jenkins from NC. He
was born in Pitt Co, NC, in 1754, and died in Edgecombe Co., NC. There
is no mention of a wife or children.
