I am seeking any information on William Kinnaird Jenkins (born ca 1790)
of Hereford and later London.

William was a lawyer from Hereford who bought the old Ladbroke Estate in
London in the 1840s (situated in today's Bayswater). He developed many
of the streets including Denbigh Road, Pembridge Road, Ledbury Road and
Hereford Road. The famous Hippodrome Racecourse was located on the
Ladbroke Estate, Notting Hill.

William's wife was named Henrietta Carolina (maiden name unknown). Five
children were born between 1814 - 1820 and baptised at St Mary, St
Marylebone Road, London. A sixth child was born in 1822 and baptised at
St James, Paddington, London.

I'm seeking information on this JENKINS family and would love to hear
from anyone who has knowledge of them or who knows where I might be able
to find out more about William Kinnaird Jenkins and the origins of his
family.

Does anyone know anything about records of lawyers?
