No. 3 Richard Jenkins: of Blandfore, County Dorset; born, 1621; attached
himself to celebrated royalist, Lord Colepepper. He returned to England in
1651; settled that Charlton Hill nearWroxter; had several employment under
Lord Newport, Lord Lieutenant. Of that County; married 1668 Mary of
Hargrove,Salop : die 1679. s. By son., Mary was the daughter of Richard
Bagot, of Hardgrave, Salop.

Gertrude,.duaghter of Capt. Richard Wingfield, High Sheriff, 1720; died 1730.

(daughter of George Ravenscroft), died 1797.

company's service: died about 1823.
3. Harriet Constantina : married 1826 to Edward Gatire.

B 127 Robert Boycott Cressett Leighton Jenkins: of Charlton Hill: born 1781,
major in the Army; married 1808, Elizabeth,(daughter of Richard Jenkins,
Bicton Hall); died 1838 had, with other issue.
B 128 Charles Vaulirugh Jenkins: of Charlton Hall and Crockton; J.P. Co.
Salop; Major General commanding 19th Hussars; s. His brother, Edward
Jenkins, to Charlton Hill, 1875; born 1822; became tenant entail of the
Crockton and Brosley estates, under will of cousin, Francis Harries, and of
the Allesley estates, County Warwick, under will of cousin, Thomas Harries,
on deathy of the latter in 1879, served in Expedition to Cabul and in Punjab
campaign; married 1847, Annette Louisa Robertina (daughter ofHorace Aylward);
died 1892.

1848,married in 1873, Hannah (daughter of S. Turnbull); d.v.p., 1876.

Abbotsfield,Shrewbury; born 1856, Lt. Col. 19th Hussars: served with
distinction in Egyptian and Soudan campaign, 1899-1901: assumed by Royal
Licence, 1894, additional surname of Wolseley: married 1885, to add Ada
Francis Alice (daughter of Sir John Richard Wolseley, 6th Bart.).

Brigade; Killed in action, 1915.

Major Shropshire Yeo., T. D. ; formally Lieutenant in the 13th Hussars:
served an South Africa in 1900-02, in the great war of 1914. Born 1875,s.
Grandfather, 1892 married 1904, HelenMuriel (daughter of major General John
Taylor).
