Hi Ken,

Thanks for your interest in the Jolliffe-L,

The Isle of Wight Jolliffe family appear to be one of the largest Jolliffe
families around the world today. All Jolliff(e)'s are related!

I can not help you with your Alfred Jolliffe below, but I think his brother
was in St.Catharines, Ontario. Alfred may have emigrated to the USA. Perhaps
New York?
You should consider posting your message below to the Quebec-site-L.
http://lists.rootsweb.com/index/intl/CAN/QUEBEC-RESEARCH.html

They are a helpful group. If, you can tolerate the 1000 messages they
receive a month from around the globe.

Best of luck in your search! Perhaps someone on this Jolliff(e)list will be
able to guide you further.

Best of Luck,

Mark (Admin)
