Hi, my name is Adrienne and I'm trying to make headway with my Joyce
lot. I am awaiting the arrival of a birth cert. from the UK but am
getting impatient in the meanwhile. My ancestor is EDWARD JOYCE b. abt
1820 Congleton Cheshire m. Marianne b. abt. 1827 m. Ellen PERRY b. abt
1820 who was previously married to a WILD. There offspring were Sarah
Elizabeth JOYCE and EDWARD JOYCE b. 18 July 1860 Congleton Cheshire d.
1947 Christchurch, NZ. The family were bookbinders/booksellers. I
presume there was money somewhere at sometime as Edward junior did a
year 'finishing' his education in Germany. He emigrared to NZ and
married there. Any connections out there, in anticipation, Adrienne
Nelson, NZ
