YES !!!!!

If you've dropped by the Judson Connection Web page, you know that the
server our newsgroup resided on (Maiser) had been spammed and crashed! For
awhile there we didn't know if we'd be able to find a new home for our list,
but Rootsweb has kindly taken us in. That means a whole new list of
directions for subscribing, posting, etc.

PLEASE SAVE THIS MESSAGE, which includes new instructions.

All previous subscribers were transferred in "mail mode", which means that
you will receive every posting made to JUDSON as a separate e-mail. The
directions on how to change to digest mode (several postings are combined and
sent to you together as a single large message) are given below as #3.

1. How to unsubscribe from "mail mode". Send a message to

that contains (in the body of the message) the command
unsubscribe
and no additional text. TURN OFF SIGNATURES

2. How to subscribe to "mail mode". Just send the command "subscribe" to

that contains (in the body of the message) the command
subscribe
and no additional text. TURN OFF SIGNATURES

3. How to change to digest mode; there are two steps. First, send the
command "unsubscribe" to to discontinue mail
mode. Second, send the command "subscribe" to

to start receiving digests. No additional text. TURN OFF SIGNATURES

4. If you'd like to post a message so everyone on the mailing
list receives it, just send it to

It will then be sent on to everyone in both mail and digest mode.
