Ft Scott was a Fort, and then a town. Closest town to Fort Scott was
Pittsburg, Ks. South or Nevada,
Missouri east. There is a Military Cemetery at Ft Scott, I have a relative
buried there John James
Daylong , Later the family changed it to DeLong. R Embry
