Good Morning Judy, I have Harry Pickett RIDDLE born in Emporia, Lyon County,
Kansas, 12-Jul-1890 to William Baker RIDDLE and Elizabeth BROWN. I didn't
know this side of my family until just recently reuniting with my father,
but he really doesn't know too much about the family either. Anyway, I'm
curious to the middle name of PICKETT and wondered if you could provide any
information or insight.
Thank you, Marie Cook

And as Daddy used to tell me:
"Don't worry about bitin' off more'n you can chew;

your mouth is probably a whole lot bigger'n you think."

Looking in the towns of: Olathe and Lost Springs

Names: Barnhouse, Schaffner/Shaffner, Parmeter, Shaul, Pickett. Gray,
Mowrer, Smith

My family lived in and near Olathe 1890's till about 1917. They were in
Garner KS in 1896 and then moved to Pike and Pine area about 1898. My
grandfather Schaffner/Shaffner built a house on one of those streets.

My Uncle Parmeter was Civil war veteren and designed the old courthouse.

I'm also looking for Pickett realitives anywhere in Eastern Kansas.
