James C. Powell, his brother Lewis Powell, and his mother and stepfather
James and Lucretia Hollowbaugh Powell Oziah moved to Ellsworth County,
Kansas from Stark County, Illinois in the 1870s. I am just ready to put
final touches on a book concerning these families, and would like to hear
from any relatives.

Lewis died in 1883 and left a wife, Mary and daughters, Letta born in 1881
and Adda born in 1883. I have not been able to trace the wife and daughters
after the 1885 census.
