Well I found it, Whiting, Ks. has to be it, located center just west of
St. Joseph, Mo. and Kansas city, just north of Holton, Ks, which adds
up to my Mother born in St. Joseph and my Aunt in kansas City, Ks.
and my other Aunt in Whiting, Ks, now Gr. Pa in 1910 worked in
Mulvane, Ks, which way south of Wichita, Ks, about 46 miles, off I-35
Whiting, Ks, not in the state index, but is in the map.

But still no sign in the census for my Gr. Mother, will try sreach in
Jackson Co.

Pop: 206 as of 2002, 96 males and 110 females in that town.

A lesson to be learned, I drove truck 32 yrs. delivered in both
St. Joseph, Mo. and kansas City, now that I'm retired, I start my
sreaching, when I could have gotten all that years ago, having
been so close to the information I now need.
