Finally had an opportunity to look at your Kimes web page; also to give you
info re my line from Heinrich. I'm not including info which is already there
unless it differs.

>From Heinrich, my descent is from Valentine, Sr. to David. David's wife is
shown on censuses as Sarah. His son's death certificate (James Thuston - my
g-grandfather) lists her name as Sally Macatire, which I suspect may be an
incorrect spelling of possibly McIntyre. She was born about 1831 and died
between 1871 and 1880.

Their children, all born in Wayne Co., MO. were:
Hiram, b. 1850; m. Mary E.
George Washington, b. 9 Feb 1852; m. Ava Sinclair & Mary ?
Isbell or Isobella E., b. 1854
James Thuston, b. 2 Feb 1857; d. 18 Oct 1929 in Piedmont, Wayne Co., MO
m. Nancy Ann Tennessee Davis, b. 19 Nov 1853 in Greene Co., TN;
d. 18 Mar 1947 in Warrensburg, Johnson Co., MO
Mary A., b. 1859
Elijah or Eliza, b. 1864

James Thuston and Nancy A.T. Davis had five children:
Dallas DeArmand, b. 22 Feb 1881; d. 23 Jan 1968 (my grandfather)
m. Molinda Elizabeth Gowen, b. 31 Aug 1888 Gad's Hill, Wayne Co. MO
d. 7 Nov 1972 in MO
George Elmer, b. Jan 1884
James Elzie b. Jan 1889
David Francis b. Mar 1890
Mary Myrtle b. Feb 1899
