Hello: My grandparents Charles John CLACKETT and Elizabeth ROBINSON were
married March 28, 1882 at the Register Office in the District of Milton,
Kent, England. Charles was recorded as the son of William CLACKETT
(deceased) and Elizabeth the daughter of George ROBINSON.
The address for Elizabeth was Hartlip and for Charles, Sittingbourne. They
came to Canada with their baby daughter Alice sometime between 1882 and 1884.

Is there anyone out there who is researching the CLACKETT and Robinson
families? Might there be someone who has access to the 1871 and 1881
census records for the District of Milton for these family names and who
could tell me where to look for the records.

Would be glad to share information about my Ontario, Canada, CLACKETT
family, and to learn more about their ancestors in Kent, England.
