The problem is, you're asking us to check through about 160 years of
data with almost no clues whatsoever. Yet you actually have more information
than you think. You have his son's marriage certificate, presumably with a
date of birth - even if that only states 'full age', which I doubt, that's
sufficient to make some approximations about Samuel's age. What date and age
have you got?
