There is currently on sale at eBay the following:

4 issues of the Western Kentucky Journal , which covers 9 counties in the
western part of the state. Included are the following issues: Vol V, No. 1 -
4 (1998). These are over runs and in as new condition. Each issue is 52
pages (208 pages for all 4 issues) and has a full name index.

I wonder if anyone who has access to those publications might be willing to
send me that article about the poorhouse so I could publish it on my
website...The POORHOUSE STORY (a clearinghouse for information about 19th
century American poorhouses)at http://www.poorhousestory.com

I would, of course, get the consent of the publisher, and then post it on
