I am sure a number of you already have this in print. I thought I'd pass on
a digital version for those interested. I think I got everyone but I guess
it is possible I overlooked a family. As you may know the 1790 Census was
the first American census. It comprised the present states of Connecticut,
Delaware, Georgia, Kentucky, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Hampshire,
New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, South
Carolina, Tennessee, Vermont and Virginia.
The returns for Deleware, Georgia, Kentucky, New Jersey, Tennessee and
Virginia were destroyed when the British sacked Washington in the War of 1812.
