I'm seeking any information regarding a Captain David Kincaid from
Tennessee (no clue as to where). He may have also later lived in the
area of Pulaski County, Arkansas. I have no date of birth but would
guess it to be in the area of 1885 or 1890 (thereabouts).

David's daughter (at least one of them) was Cynthia Kincaid. She was
born in 1814. She married Bryant H. Smithson.
