Altoona, PA, Deed book vol. 126, p. 565
Deed from Maxwell Kinkead et al, March 27, 1895 between Maxwell & Catharine Kinkead his wife; Cornelius L. Mitchell and Alice his wife, Edward Hutchinson and Clay his wife of the 1st part and John Lloyd of the 2nd part. A quit claim deed in City of Altoona.

Waynesburg, Jefferson Township, Greene County, PA
Sept. 22, 1863-Elizabeth Kincaid petition for guardianship of minor child (above 14 years of age) of James Kincaid, deceased, late of Greene County, PA. This child made a choice of Thomas V. Taylor as guardian. Taylor gave a bond of $3000.00 as security.

Sept. 22, 1863-Robert Kincaid petitions guardianship for a minor child (above 14 years of age) of James Kincaid, deceased, late of Greene County, PA. Now in the Army so cannot appear in open court. He prays this court to permit him to make a choice of Thomas W. Taylor as guardian to take care of his body & estate. $3000.00 bond.

Sept. 21, 1864-Robert and Elizabeth Kincaid, minor children of James Kincaid, deceased. These minors are each to have an undivided 1/4 interest of, in and to the following described tract of land in Jefferson Township, Greene County, PA adjacent land of William Kincaid. 300 acres sold at $28.10 per acre. $4271.10.

Maria Hughes Kincaid, wife of William Kincaid died April 10, 1873, aged 54 years, 5 months, 11 days, buried Green Mountain Cemetery, Waynesburg, Bradford Township.
William Kincaid died July 10, 1885 aged 66 years (born 1819), buried in Hewitts Church Cemetery near Rice's Landing.

Westmoreland County, Pa Deed Book A, p. 337
James Kinkead of Port Royal deed recorded July 23, 1783. James Kinkead of Port Royal bought a lot in Pittsburg on teh corner of Alligania St. and the Beer House Street, adjacent John Erwins lot, containing nearly 1/2 acre together with house erected of good hewed logs 34 feet long by 23 feet wide, with two stairs high, with shingle roof. 100 pounds. Deed recorded Mrach 3, 1783.

George Ritchmond of Salisbury Township in Chester County, PA appoints James Kincaid of Westmoreland County, PA his lawful attorney to enter into all that messuage or plantation or parcel of land situate on the east side of the river Youghagana ? in Bedford County, PA, 301 acres called Richmonds Hill. Recorded March 3, 1786.

James Patterson of Derry Township, Westmoreland County, PA for 25 pounds for 50 acres, being part of a large tract situate in Derry Township, containing 204 acres & 55 perches, quit claims to Rev. Joshua Bur and Agnes, a daughter of Littles. Sarah Little & Catharine Little signed in the presence of Andrew Kincaid & James Patterson Jr.

Hempfield Township, Westmoreland County, PA a sale of 84 1/2 acres by James Kinkead & wife Lidia formerly belonging to Phillip Kuhn who died and left land to Margaret who died and had married James Kinkead previously.

Feb. 16, 1871, between David Kinkade & wife Elizabeth & James Kincaid of Adams County, Illinois, sell a part of a tract adjudged to James Kinkade by the estate of Philip Kuhns. Signed David Kinkade, Elizabeth Kinkade, Jane Kinkade.

Greensburg, PA, Deed book, v. 100, p. 565
Sept. 9, 1879 Samuel Kinkade & wife Sarah of Denver, Hancock County, Illinois sell tract in Humphrey Township of 4 1/2 acres adjudged to James Kinkade from Philip Kuhns tract in Humphrey Twonship for $40.00.

Indiana County, PA Deed Book, v. 85, p. 325
Feb. 17, 1876, Between David Kinkead & July Ann his wife of Burrell Township, Indiana County, PA. The house and lot was sold by July Ann to Jos. Davis Sept. 23, 1862. Signed David Kinkead, July Ann Kinkead. David bought from Thomas Duncan Feb. 1, 1850, sold it to David March 30, 1861 who sold it back to David & wife.

Scott County, Iowa William Walker & wife Maria (nee Kinkead) of the County of Scott, Iowa and Martha A. Walker (nee Kinkead) of Scott County, Iowa each received $499.00 as their share of legacy from James M. Kinkead who was executor for Maxwell Kinkead, May 2, 1865.

Blair County, PA Vol. T, p. 522
Will of Benjamin M. Kinkead of Altoona, PA. To my wife Antoinette Kincaid all my personal property & household goods and life insurance. To my wife all real estate as long as she remains a widow. If she married it is to be divided among my children: daughter Clara wife of J. C. Boyce. Sons: James T; Benjamin Moore Jr.; and Edwin Kincaid. I appoint my brothers Charles W. of Pittsburgh & Albert E. Kincaid and my friend Paxton C. Riley as executors. April 1915, probated July 23, 1918.
