Your infant brother should have had a death certificate filed at the Bureau
of Vital Statistics in Topeka, KS. It should tell what mortuary handled the
burial, as well as the place of burial. You should note on the form that he
was stillborn. I am not sure if those records are filed separately or not.

You can download the required form at the Bureau of Vital Statistics
website.
