Hello Listers. My name is Tim West. I just became the Saving Graves Coordinator for the state of Kansas, and Sedgwick County. As many of you may already know, Saving Graves is a website dedicated to the protection, restoration, and preservation of endangered cemeteries. The Kansas website is working but I will be updating and adding information in the near future but feel free to visit the site any time. www.savinggraves-us.org/ka .. The sedgewick County website is not operating yet. When it is there will be a link to it on the state page. As part of my responsabilities, I created a mailing list/group for Kansas Saving Graves as another sourse for information and a place for people to ask questions and post pictures and info. Coming soon to the website and mailing list will be Kansas Cemetery preservation laws, and some helpful tips on preserving cemeteries and headston!
