Mary:

I am looking on the LDS 1880 Census CD, can't come up with anything that
matches. The only "Ingle" in Coffey Co. KS is a Robert (Ingalls), he is 27,
living alone, born PA. There are some similar in other counties, but again,
no exact match. This is the closest I can find for you in KS:

Have checked "Engle" with no results. Checking the national index turned up
nothing that matches either--including looking for Jesse (which is a less
common name than either William or Mary).
