Susan,

Different volunteers have different resources. I only have access to the
Federal Census for various states. You're asking for a state lookup. As a
volunteer, I read the request and if I don't have that resource, I'll go to
the next request hoping that another volunteer will have that resource.
This may be what's happening.

I have the 1880 and 1900 and 1910 if that will help. With no 1890 Federal
census, that leaves a big gap.
