Mrs. Winifred Parks.

Mrs. Winifred PARKS, 73, long time resident of Topeka, died Sunday in Portland, Ore. She was born August 2, 1878 in pennsylvania, and came to Topeka with her parents when she was three years old. She resided here until three years ago when she moved to Portland, Ore. Her husband, B.E. Parks, died in 1923.
She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. Rachel GAILEY, Portland, Ore.; four sons, Thaddaus Parks, Portland; Philip Parks, Route 1, Tecumseh; Kermit and Ralph Parks, both of Topeka; 14 grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Marie ADAMS, Portland; and two brothers, Ernest BOBB, Seattle, Wash., and Don BOBB, Portland.
