"Uncle Billie" Boardsman Died Early Last Night.
"Uncle Billie" BORADSMAN, for years one of the unique characters of Enid and this section of Oklahoma and southern Kansas, is dead. He died last night in his room in the Palace rooming house. For some time "Uncle Billie" has been partially paralyzed and in general poor health. His many firends and acquaintances will regreet to hear of his death.--Enid News.
"Uncle Billie" BOARDMAN will be remembered by many of the older residents of this section. He came to Harper in the early eighties and conducted a drug store for a number of years. He was a unique character. He went to Oklahoma when the "Strip" opened and had resided in Enid for a number of years.
