Deaths and Funerals.

CRAWFORD--Mrs. Emma Crawford, 42, died at 11 o'clock, yesterday morning at her home, 1225 North Jackson street. The funeral will be held at 2:30 o'clock this afternoon from the Kansas avenue Methodist church. Burial in Rochester cemetery.

ROBY--The funeral of Dr. Henry W. Roby, who died Sunday morning at his home, 410 Lincoln street will be held at 10 o'clock Wednesday morning from the Grace cathedral. Burial in Topeka cemetery.

WHITLOW--The funeral of T.J. WHITLOW, who died in Colorado, will be held at 1:30 o'clock Thursday afternoon from Penwell's chapel. Burial in Linn Creek cemetery.

BROWN--John Brown, 35, died at 8:00 o'clock yesterday morning at his home, 811(?) North Clay street. The funeral will be held at 2 o'clock this afternoon from his home. Burial in Mount Auburn cemetery.

SCRUGGS--The funeral of Miss Sarah Scruggs, who died Saturday will be held at 1:30 o'clock this afternoon from Penwell's chapel. The body will be taken to Madisonville, Tenn. for burial.
