o In SL 4:6, 14 March 2002, Barb Neveau advertised the book
HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES: STATE OF KANSAS, by E. G. FOSTER
and personally signed by Mr. FOSTER. I purchased it for a
librarian friend, who decided after examining it that it would
not be particularly helpful to those she serves. Barb said she
had one reply from a descendant of Mr. FOSTER, who might be
interested in having the book for sentimental reasons. If you
will e-mail me, we can make arrangements to get it to you.

o I have a good friend who is cleaning out records of her late
husband. She found family pictures, including tintypes, that she
wishes to send to a good home. They concern Sadie FRAZIER, who
was from Kansas and married HRON.
