Is there anyone on the board that has access to the 1885 Kansas Census? I tried to order it through the local Family History Center and it was restricted, so then I tried to get it from the Kansas State Historical Society through interlibrary loan, but I kept getting referred from one of our local libraries to the next and they just are not being very helpful. They are supposed to have requested it, but they can't seem to find the request now. I just don't know what else to do. I only need to know whether Sarah Gillespie is listed with her husband, John Gillespie, and their children on the Census for Cottage Grove Township, Allen County. That's all I need to know, unless there is other background information for individuals on that census that is different from the federal. Is there anyone out there that can help me?
