Elvin Ray Phipps, 67, of Belle Plaine, died Thursday, Feb. 15, at his home.
Services are pending with Oliver-Hawks Funeral Home, Oxford.

He was a retired high school biology teacher, having taught in El Dorado
for 17 years and Wellington for 18 years.

Memorials may be made to Hospice, Inc., in care of the funeral home.
