Melanie, and All Clark family members,
My James Harvey Clark and the rest were to be from Rush Co., Indiana. Or
that's what family letters stated. I don't have any proof such as census
Records.
I do have info on James Harvey Clark who married Rachel Ann Borom, since he
is my great grandfather. William Carl moved to Bourbon Co., Kansas quite a
time before 1870. James Harvey followed around 1870. Meeting Rachel Ann and
getting married around Fort Scott, KS. James and Rachel had Oliver Francis
Clark, Nora, to many to rattle off of hand. If were related I can email my
history.
William Carl married a woman named Susan born in Ohio. They had one son I
know of named Silas Clark b 1853 in Indiana. Silas married a Mary, and they
had two children at least by 1880, William A. Clark b KS, and Maude Clark b
KS. The info about William Carl Clark I got off of a census record from the
1880 Dry Wood, Bourbon Co., Kansas.
Ann Clark Foster I have a picture of her, I think she was widowed at the time
as her husband was not in picture.
Ellen Clark McCoy I have a picture of her and her husband, his name is
unknown.
Lewis Clark and Richard (dick) Clark I have nothing for so far.
The family thinks my great grandfather James Harvey Clark, was the youngest
of 12 children born to Luis and Margaret A. Clark.
I hope this helps!
PS I tried to email to your address and it did not work. I also tried to reply to your mail and it came back to me several times.???
