I found a very nice page about the town of Concordia on the Cloud County
Museum site. It has several nice photos on it. There is a picture of
a May Yoder, who was a teacher, in 1898-1899.

And as always, my ancestor from Cloud County was CARMI JONES. He was
born in 1806 in Kanawha Co., Va., and died in Cloud County in 1893. He
went to Cloud Co. from Tippecanoe Co., IN, in the late 1860's, and filed
homestead papers in 1871. Some of his children went on to Norton
County, KS, but I know that at least two of his daughters stayed in
Cloud County. I'd love to hear from descendants of Carmi's daughters.
