I did a quick check in the 1900 census for Oklahoma Territory and found James and Joseph Washburn living in Wells, Blain Co., OK. James, born July 1844, is married to Margaret and they have nine children, Joseph, born November 1840, is single. Their sister, Eliza, is not living with them. Did you notice in the 1880 census there was a notation on Joseph that he was disabled because he had been "shot in the hip?"?
Perhaps Rebecca died in Blain County instead of Kingfisher County. These are neighboring counties.
